Joanne joined Beca from PwC in 2000 initially as the Financial Controller – International. Joanne’s current role as Group Tax and International Manager is responsible to manage the Beca Group wide tax obligations and exposures,  including working closely with Group Mobility in respect of employee movements. Beca has offices across Asia Pacific and including project markets can be active in up to 40 countries at a time. Joanne is also a Director of a number of Beca’s international companies including Beca International Consultants Limited..

Rachel is a Tax Partner in our New Zealand tax practice and is also the specialist tax partner in our Data Delivery and Excellence (DDX) team. She has over 20 years’ experience advising on tax matters for a wide range of clients. Rachel’s clients include several of the listed property entities as well as multi-national organisations. She specialises on the financial services, real estate and forestry sectors and has assisted a number of New Zealand Stock Exchange listed clients with acquisitions and capital raising transactions. In addition, Rachel has also been involved in a range of tax policy matters. Rachel is an avid public speaker and is a regular presenter at tax conferences. She has an excellent reputation for her technical skills, problem solving capability, and has a strong focus on service delivery.
